MD's Now Takes Credit Cards
famous Chippewa and Flambeau Rivers enter the lake.

The river, as well as the lake, offers approximately 120 to 150 miles of shoreline and an estimated 4300 acres of water. It is surrounded by scenic countryside, with nature at its best. At anytime, you could see a bald eagle soaring in the sky or diving to the water to catch a fish. You can also see flocks of wild geese, ducks or spot a beautiful deer! You may even catch a glimpse of a loon and hear its weird cry.
One days catch could include musky, northern, walleye, bass, crappies, blue gill, catfish or even a sturgeon!
Our air-conditioned bar offers a re laxed atmosphere with a full line of liquor, beer, pop, a variety of sandwiches, pizzas, snack foods, also soup and chili (seasonal). We have Schwans ice cream novelties, plus a game room.
For some great listening, we have a juke box with 100 CD's that offer a wide selection of music... .such as Big Band, Polkas, old and new Country, 50's Rock n Roll and Pop.
Earl Ward plays guitar and sings many early (before 1957) country songs.
A keyboard, piano accordian and guitars are available if anyone is interested in "jamming." Feel free to bring your own musical instruments!!
